- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with patients using HIPAA compliant platforms
- Create individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals
- Monitor and assess the progress and well-being of patients through remote communication
- Provide crisis intervention and support for patients in acute distress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
- Stay up-to-date on current best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of mental health
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of telehealth services
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
- Maintain open and effective communication with patients, their families, and other involved parties
- Actively work to destigmatize and promote awareness of mental health issues and the benefits of virtual counseling services.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Program.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Mental Health Counseling, Preferably With A Focus On Telehealth Services.
Active And Unrestricted License To Practice As A Mental Health Clinician In The State Of North Carolina.
Knowledge And Proficiency In Evidence-Based Therapy Techniques, Such As Cognitive Behavioral Therapy And Motivational Interviewing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish Rapport And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients In A Virtual Setting.
