  1. Develop and implement survey strategies and methodologies to gather data from various sources in the healthcare industry.
  2. Lead a team of analysts and researchers to design surveys, gather data, and perform analysis.
  3. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected through surveys and other sources.
  4. Analyze survey data and provide valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making for the organization.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in survey design and data analysis.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support survey efforts.
  8. Present survey findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for survey processes and data management.
  10. Train and mentor team members on survey design and data analysis techniques.
  11. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  12. Utilize data visualization tools to present survey results in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve survey processes to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  14. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to data and insights.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on survey design and data analysis for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Market Research, Statistics, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Survey Design, Data Analysis, And Market Research In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage Multiple Surveys And Research Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Patient Experience Metrics, And Survey Methodologies, Such As Net Promoter Score (Nps) And Consumer Assessment Of Healthcare Providers And Systems (Cahps).
