Supervisor - Laboratory

They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the laboratory operations, ensuring that all laboratory personnel adhere to the highest standards of patient care.We are looking for someone who has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as medical technology, with at least five years of experience in an applicable clinical laboratory setting. The successful candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, ensuring that all laboratory personnel adhere to the highest standards of patient care.
2. Train and mentor laboratory personnel in proper laboratory techniques.
3. Provide leadership to laboratory personnel during their day-to-day duties.
4. Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
5. Ensure laboratory personnel are working in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards and current laboratory regulations.
6. Monitor laboratory personnel’s performance and provide feedback.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory issues in a timely manner.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records.
9. Monitor laboratory supplies and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
10. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care.
