Completion Of An Accredited Sonography Program: Atrium Health Requires All Candidates For The Student Adult Sonographer Trainee Position To Have Completed A Recognized Sonography Program.
Basic Knowledge Of Anatomy And Physiology: Candidates Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Human Anatomy And Physiology In Order To Accurately Perform Ultrasound Exams.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Member Of The Healthcare Team, The Student Adult Sonographer Trainee Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Ability To Follow Protocols And Procedures: The Job Of A Sonographer Requires Strict Adherence To Protocols And Procedures. Candidates Must Be Able To Follow These Protocols Accurately And Consistently.
