13. Lead and mentor a team of community and social impact professionals, providing guidance and support in their work.
14. Continuously seek out new ways to engage and involve employees in social impact efforts.
15. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in social impact and community engagement, and apply this knowledge to improve Atrium Health's approach.
