Staff Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

1. Follow all state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy practice.
2. Provide accurate and timely medication distribution to patients.
3. Maintain accurate records of all prescriptions and other medication orders.
4. Monitor and review patient medication profiles for drug interactions and therapeutic appropriateness.
5. Provide appropriate and timely counseling to patients on the safe use of medications.
6. Ensure the accuracy of medication labeling for patient safety.
7. Participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy services and programs.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of patient care.
9. Stay current with industry trends, changes, and developments.
10. Provide excellent customer service to all patients.
