- Provide exceptional care to patients by utilizing evidence-based practices and following established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using electronic medical records.
- Assist with patient and family education regarding disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional status, report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate professional behavior and ethical standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to Atrium Health's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
- Serve as a role model for student nurses and new employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: Atrium Health Requires All New Graduate Rns To Have A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Educational Background Ensures A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory, Clinical Practice, And Critical Thinking Skills.
Active Rn License In North Carolina: To Be Eligible For The Spring 2026 New Graduate Rn Position At Atrium Health Pineville, Candidates Must Hold An Active Rn License In The State Of North Carolina. This Demonstrates The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Practice Nursing In The State.
Bls Certification: Atrium Health Requires All New Graduate Rns To Have A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification. This Certification Ensures That Candidates Have The Necessary Skills To Respond In Emergency Situations And Provide Life-Saving Interventions.
