Social Worker

At Atrium Health, we are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Master's degree in Social Work plus two years of experience in a clinical setting. They must also possess an active license to practice social work in the state of North Carolina. Additionally, they must have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for helping patients and their families through difficult times. Additionally, they must be able to work with multiple patients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

-Provide compassionate social work services to patients and their families -Assist patients in managing their mental health issues and family dynamics -Develop individualized care plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances -Engage in crisis intervention when needed -Provide education and resources to patients and their families -Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care -Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, progress, and outcomes -Maintain active license to practice social work in the state of North Carolina -Work with multiple patients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
