- Design and implement complex systems that support the organization's mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.
- Maintain and enhance existing systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, security, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system integration needs.
- Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance system capabilities and improve processes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Train and mentor junior systems engineers on best practices and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve system design and functionality.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide support and resolve system issues outside of regular business hours.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to implement and maintain systems and services.
- Take ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and delivery according to established timelines.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, With A Focus On Healthcare Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of System Design And Implementation, Including Network Infrastructure, Hardware, And Software.
Advanced Skills In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Systems And Identify Potential Issues.
Experience With Project Management, Including Leading Teams And Managing Timelines And Budgets.
