  1. Design and implement complex systems that support the organization's mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.
  2. Maintain and enhance existing systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, security, and efficiency.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and network infrastructure.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system integration needs.

  8. Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting procedures.
  9. Train and mentor junior systems engineers on best practices and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve system design and functionality.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation to provide support and resolve system issues outside of regular business hours.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  13. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to implement and maintain systems and services.
  15. Take ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and delivery according to established timelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, With A Focus On Healthcare Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of System Design And Implementation, Including Network Infrastructure, Hardware, And Software.

  • Advanced Skills In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Systems And Identify Potential Issues.

  • Experience With Project Management, Including Leading Teams And Managing Timelines And Budgets.
