In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the workforce planning and people analytics function to ensure the health system meets its strategic goals. You will be an integral part of the HR team, providing guidance and support to guide our people practices and strategies. The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep understanding of HR analytics and workforce planning, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
