
Senior HR Consultant - HR Communications

- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the organization's HR objectives and support employee engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments and leaders to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and address communication needs and gaps within the organization.
- Create and maintain HR communication materials, such as employee newsletters, email updates, and intranet content.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as media outlets and recruitment agencies, to enhance the organization's employer brand and reach a wider audience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR communication and data privacy.
- Train and coach HR staff on effective communication techniques and strategies.
- Participate in HR meetings and provide updates on communication initiatives and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on HR communication activities and their impact on employee engagement.
- Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure consistent and timely communication.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR communication processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Hr Consultant At Atrium Health Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In The Hr Field, With A Strong Focus On Hr Communications. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Them To Various Stakeholders.
Strong Communication Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Hr Communications, The Senior Hr Consultant Should Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Tailor Their Communication Style To Different Audiences And Have The Ability To Convey Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Strategic Thinking: A Senior Hr Consultant At Atrium Health Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Execute Communication Strategies That Align With The Organization's Overall Goals And Objectives. They Should Also Be Able To Anticipate Potential Communication Challenges And Proactively Develop Solutions.
