  9. Mentor and train junior analysts to support their professional growth and development.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Sql, Tableau, And/Or Sas.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Standards, Such As Hipaa And Meaningful Use.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
