- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for the organization on clinical analysis and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the organization's goals.
- Utilize project management skills to successfully execute initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Mentor and train junior analysts to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.
Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Sql, Tableau, And/Or Sas.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Standards, Such As Hipaa And Meaningful Use.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With A Diverse Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
