  1. Analyze and interpret clinical data to identify trends and patterns.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes based on data analysis.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  4. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership.
  5. Utilize advanced statistical and analytical tools to analyze complex healthcare data.
  6. Develop and maintain databases and data models to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology and data analytics.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to data analysis.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and drive process improvements.
  13. Adhere to all data privacy and security policies and procedures.
  14. Provide support and guidance to other departments on data-related projects.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Data Management Or Clinical Informatics

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Systems, Electronic Health Records, And Data Analysis Tools

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa And Hitech

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams.
