Job Description

Atrium Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced RN Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our healthcare team, overseeing and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.   1. Oversee and manage all clinical services within the healthcare team.
  2. Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to all patients.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with healthcare staff, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare leaders to identify and implement best practices and initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of patient care.
  9. Provide leadership and support to the healthcare team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  10. Stay current on healthcare industry trends and best practices, implementing them as appropriate.
  11. Participate in meetings and committees related to patient care and quality improvement.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  13. Serve as a resource and mentor to other staff members, providing guidance and support when needed.
  14. Handle any patient complaints or concerns, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  15. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Organizational Skills.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Guidelines, Including Hipaa And Joint Commission.
