RN Care Manager

10. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of nursing practice.
11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
12. Serve as a mentor and resource for other healthcare team members.
13. Handle and report any patient or family concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
14. Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.
