1. Conduct laboratory experiments and procedures under the direction of the lead researcher.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning and accurate results.
3. Record and analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations for research findings.
4. Help develop and implement new laboratory techniques and protocols.
5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in handling hazardous materials and chemicals.
6. Order and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
7. Collaborate with other team members to design and execute experiments.
8. Assist in training and supervising junior lab technicians and students.
9. Stay updated with current literature and advances in the field to contribute to research discussions.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate research projects.
11. Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments, results, and protocols.
12. Participate in meetings and presentations to share research progress and findings.
