  • Accurately and efficiently register patients for medical services and procedures
  • Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and demographic data
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and security of all information
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to obtain necessary information and address any questions or concerns
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to patient registration and record keeping
  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Stay updated on industry changes and regulations related to patient registration and record keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with billing and coding departments to ensure accurate and timely billing for services rendered
  • Handle financial transactions, such as collecting copays and deductibles, and provide financial counseling to patients as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or A Related Field
