- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced respiratory therapy techniques and equipment to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
- Monitor patients' response to therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in respiratory therapy.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and standards set by the organization.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced respiratory therapists.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations and guidelines related to respiratory therapy.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Credential From The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc).
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience As A Respiratory Therapist In A Hospital Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Respiratory Care Protocols, Procedures, And Equipment.
