Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License: The Candidate Should Possess An Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Where Atrium Health Operates.

  • Previous Nursing Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting Is Required For This Role. Experience In Multiple Specialty Areas Is Preferred.

  • Bls/Acls Certification: The Candidate Should Have Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications From The American Heart Association.

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Assess Patient Needs, Develop And Implement A Care Plan, And Make Clinical Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Candidate Should Be Willing To Work In A Variety Of Clinical Settings And Be Able To Adapt To Changing Patient Needs And Priorities. Availability To Work Different Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends, Is Also Required.
