  1. Provide specialized care to patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing knowledge and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  4. Monitor and assess patients' symptoms, vital signs, and overall condition.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and self-care techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
  7. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  9. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
  10. Respond to emergencies and provide prompt and appropriate interventions.
  11. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new policies and protocols.
  12. Continuously update and enhance knowledge and skills through participation in educational opportunities.
  13. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
  15. Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor at all times, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls Certification

  • Current Rn Licensure In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Medical Telemetry And Orthopedics
