
Registered Nurse - Dialysis

- Provide exceptional care to patients with kidney disease in a compassionate and dedicated manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and assess patients' condition and response to treatments, and make necessary adjustments.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and self-care techniques.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Stay updated on current practices and procedures related to dialysis and kidney disease.
- Act as an advocate for patients' rights and needs.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Current Rn Licensure In The State Of North Carolina.
Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Outpatient Setting, Preferably In Dialysis.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Dialysis Procedures, Equipment, And Medications.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team.
