  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinical team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  2. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and monitor progress towards achieving set goals.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans and ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
  5. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, and provide feedback, coaching, and training to ensure continuous improvement and development.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  7. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff to maintain adequate staffing levels and promote a positive work culture.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance patient care.
  10. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex patient care issues and escalate concerns to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
  11. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families, address any concerns or complaints, and ensure a positive patient experience.
  12. Stay updated on current healthcare trends, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines to improve patient care and share knowledge with the team.
  13. Collaborate with the healthcare leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards of care.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to patient care, staff performance, and other relevant information.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice and promote a culture of safety, compassion, and excellence within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Supervisor Or In A Leadership Role

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Required, Master's Degree In Nursing (Msn) Preferred

  • Proven Knowledge And Experience In Clinical Practice, Quality Improvement, And Patient Care Standards

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
