Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Higher: Atrium Health Requires All Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse Leader Candidates To Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing. This Ensures That Candidates Have A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice.

  • Current Rn License: Atrium Health Requires All Candidates To Hold A Current And Valid Registered Nurse License In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Ensures That Candidates Are Qualified To Provide Direct Patient Care And Have Met All Necessary Licensure Requirements.

  • Clinical Experience: Atrium Health Looks For Candidates With At Least 2-3 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Patient Populations And Settings To Demonstrate A Well-Rounded Skill Set.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Clinical Nurse Leader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Nurses And Coordinating Patient Care.
