- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including x-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and accuracy in following established protocols and procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures by practicing proper radiation safety measures and providing clear instructions and support.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely imaging results for patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment, including troubleshooting and reporting any malfunctions.
- Adhere to all organizational and regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and safety in patient care.
- Maintain patient records and documentation according to established guidelines.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay current with advancements in radiology technology and techniques.
- Act as a patient advocate by providing compassionate care and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by communicating effectively and working cooperatively with colleagues and other departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with maintaining accreditation and compliance standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System
Current Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt)
Proficient In Operating And Maintaining Radiographic Equipment, As Well As Knowledge Of Radiation Safety Protocols
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Interact With Patients Of All Ages And Backgrounds.
