Bachelor's Degree In Radiation Therapy Or Related Field: Atrium Health Requires All Radiation Therapists To Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Radiation Therapy Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt): Atrium Health Requires All Radiation Therapists To Be Certified By The Arrt. This Certification Demonstrates That The Individual Has Met The National Standards For Knowledge, Skills, And Experience In Radiation Therapy.
State Licensure: In Addition To Arrt Certification, Atrium Health Requires Radiation Therapists To Hold A Valid State License To Practice In The State In Which They Will Be Working. This Ensures That The Individual Is Qualified And Authorized To Provide Radiation Therapy Services.
Experience In Radiation Therapy: Atrium Health Prefers Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Radiation Therapy. This Experience Provides A Strong Foundation In The Field And Demonstrates The Ability To Perform The Job Duties Effectively.
