- Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist.
- Monitor and assess patients' reactions and response to treatments, and report any changes or concerns to the treating physician.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, patient progress, and any adverse reactions.
- Ensure the safety of patients and staff by following established safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families about radiation therapy procedures, potential side effects, and ways to manage them.
- Continuously evaluate and improve treatment techniques to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
- Stay updated on new developments and advancements in radiation therapy technology and techniques.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to radiation therapy.

Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt)
Bachelor's Degree In Radiation Therapy Or Related Field
State Licensure As A Radiation Therapist
