Responsibilities of a Quality Specialist at Atrium Health:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives with a focus on improving patient care.
- Monitor and analyze data related to quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and educational programs related to quality improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in meetings and other activities to promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in the field of quality assurance.
- Create and maintain accurate records and reports related to quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
