As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement initiatives and operations. To be successful in this position, you must be a collaborative team player with a genuine passion for quality improvement and a commitment to continuous learning.We are looking for a Quality Specialist who has the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Nursing, Health Administration, or Quality Assurance; at least five years of relevant experience in quality improvement; knowledge of quality improvement concepts, principles, and processes; strong analytical and communication skills; and a proven track record of successful quality improvement initiatives.If you are a highly organized individual with a commitment to excellence and an eye for detail, we’d love for you to join our team at Atrium Health. Responsibilities of a Quality Specialist at Atrium Health:

  1. Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives with a focus on improving patient care.
  2. Monitor and analyze data related to quality improvement initiatives.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
  4. Participate in training and educational programs related to quality improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent quality standards.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Participate in meetings and other activities to promote quality improvement initiatives.
  8. Keep abreast of current trends and best practices in the field of quality assurance.
  9. Create and maintain accurate records and reports related to quality improvement initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
