  1. Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly communicate progress and potential risks to project stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  4. Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and strengths.
  5. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
  6. Communicate project updates and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  8. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and organized.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote productivity and efficiency.
  10. Conduct project evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management.
  12. Provide guidance and support to junior project team members.
  13. Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Represent the organization professionally and serve as a brand ambassador.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project, Asana, Or Trello.
