- Lead and manage projects within the Biomedical Engineering department, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative technology and engineering solutions to improve healthcare.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.
- Stay current with advancements in biomedical engineering and project management methodologies to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Represent the Biomedical Engineering team in meetings, presentations, and conferences to share project updates and achievements.
Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting
Strong Understanding Of Biomedical Equipment And Systems Used In A Hospital Environment
Proven Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
