  1. Lead and manage projects within the Biomedical Engineering department, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative technology and engineering solutions to improve healthcare.
  3. Prioritize and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project deadlines.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues.
  5. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  10. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development.
  11. Stay current with advancements in biomedical engineering and project management methodologies to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  12. Represent the Biomedical Engineering team in meetings, presentations, and conferences to share project updates and achievements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Biomedical Equipment And Systems Used In A Hospital Environment

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
