
Program Manager, Community Research Strategy

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Community Research Strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of Atrium Health.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the research projects, including budget, timeline, and resources, to ensure successful execution and timely completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and prioritize community health needs and develop research initiatives to address them.
- Lead a team of researchers, coordinators, and other staff members to ensure high-quality and ethical research practices are followed and data is collected and analyzed accurately.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies, to facilitate partnerships and secure funding opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of research projects and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes and impact on the community.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to community research and incorporate them into the strategy and projects.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and other stakeholders on the progress and impact of the Community Research Strategy.
- Represent Atrium Health and the Community Research Strategy at conferences, events, and other public forums to promote awareness and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the conduct of research activities.
- Take responsibility for the safety and security of all research participants and ensure adherence to privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team by providing regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact and efficiency of the Community Research Strategy.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by senior management to support the overall mission and vision of Atrium Health.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Public Health, Community Development, Social Work)
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Community-Based Setting
Strong Understanding Of Community Research Methods And Best Practices
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Community Partners
Experience In Developing And Implementing Community Health Initiatives And Strategies, With A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Measurable Outcomes.
