  1. Provide exceptional care to young patients undergoing bone marrow transplant procedures.
  2. Serve as an integral member of the pediatric transplant team.
  3. Utilize advanced practice skills and knowledge to provide comprehensive and patient-centered care.
  4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant procedures.
  5. Actively participate in the care coordination and management of pediatric transplant patients.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  7. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  8. Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the transplant process.
  9. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  11. Continuously stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in pediatric transplant care.
  12. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and sensitivity towards patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In A Pediatric Setting.

  • Current Certification As A Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (Aprn Or Pa-C).

  • Prior Experience In Bone Marrow Transplant Or Hematology/Oncology Is Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Patients, Families, And Multidisciplinary Team Members.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, Adapting To Changing Patient Needs And Treatment Plans.
