- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating appointments, referrals, and any necessary follow-up care.

- Stay up-to-date on healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations to accurately and efficiently assist patients.
- Identify and escalate any urgent or emergent situations to appropriate healthcare providers.
- Provide guidance and resources to patients regarding insurance coverage, financial assistance, and other related inquiries.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all Atrium Health policies and procedures, including those related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
