9. Identify and escalate any urgent or emergent situations to appropriate healthcare providers.
10. Provide guidance and resources to patients regarding insurance coverage, financial assistance, and other related inquiries.
11. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
12. Adhere to all Atrium Health policies and procedures, including those related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
