- Oversee and manage the preservation of organs for transplantation in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with medical staff and transplant teams to ensure proper protocols and procedures are followed for organ preservation.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for organ preservation.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the highest standard of organ preservation.
- Train and educate staff on proper techniques and procedures for organ preservation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all organ preservation activities.
- Coordinate with various departments to schedule and prioritize organ preservation procedures.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to organ preservation.
- Implement and maintain effective communication channels with transplant teams, medical staff, and other key stakeholders.

- Participate in on-call rotation for organ preservation emergencies.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Organ Donation Or Transplant.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Organ Donation And Transplantation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
Certification As An Organ Procurement Coordinator (Cpc) Or Equivalent Is Preferred.
