  1. Conduct and oversee research projects related to oncology, including designing studies, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings.
  2. Collaborate with other researchers, physicians, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement research protocols.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current developments and advancements in the field of oncology research.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records of all research data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Communicate research findings and progress to team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  6. Coordinate and participate in clinical trials, including recruiting and screening participants, obtaining informed consent, and managing study protocols.
  7. Maintain a safe and ethical working environment by adhering to all safety and compliance regulations.
  8. Stay abreast of funding opportunities and assist in writing grant proposals to secure funding for research projects.
  9. Assist with the preparation and submission of research publications and presentations.
  10. Mentor and train junior research staff, including interns and volunteers.
  11. Assist with administrative tasks, such as budget management and project planning.
  12. Foster strong relationships with industry partners and collaborators to advance research efforts.
  13. Attend conferences and seminars to expand knowledge and network with other professionals in the field.
  14. Act as a liaison between the research team and other departments within the organization.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Conducting Clinical Research, Specifically In The Field Of Oncology.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials.

  • Experience With Data Collection, Analysis, And Presentation.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
