Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist, you will use your knowledge, skills, and creativity to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient. Our ideal candidate will possess a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and be licensed in the state of North Carolina. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a sincere passion for improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

1. Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
2. Utilize knowledge, skills, and creativity to improve patient outcomes.
3. Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with best practices.
4. Educate patients and families in home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and other therapeutic interventions.
5. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
7. Maintain accurate patient records and document all treatments.
8. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
9. Possess a sincere passion for helping patients reach their goals.
10. Maintain licensure in the state of North Carolina.
