Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification From An Accredited Program.
Previous Experience Working In A Progressive Care Unit Or Similar Setting.
Knowledge Of Basic Patient Care Techniques, Including Vital Signs Monitoring And Medical Equipment Operation.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Prioritizing Tasks.
