Job Description

As a Nurse Aide I, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.   1. Provide direct patient care: The Nurse Aide I will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  2. Follow established care plans: The Nurse Aide I will be expected to follow established care plans for each patient, ensuring that all care is provided in a safe and effective manner.
  3. Monitor patient health: The Nurse Aide I will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in patient health to the registered nurse in charge.
  4. Maintain patient records: The Nurse Aide I will be responsible for accurately documenting patient care and maintaining patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  5. Assist with medical procedures: The Nurse Aide I may be required to assist with basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medications under the direction of a registered nurse.
  6. Build relationships with patients: The Nurse Aide I will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with patients, providing compassionate care and support during their stay at the facility.
  7. Communicate effectively: The Nurse Aide I must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols: The Nurse Aide I will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized environment: The Nurse Aide I will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized patient care environment, including patient rooms and common areas.
  10. Attend trainings and meetings: The Nurse Aide I may be required to attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on facility policies, procedures, and best practices.
  11. Uphold ethical standards: The Nurse Aide I must uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  12. Collaborate with healthcare team: The Nurse Aide I will work closely with other members of the healthcare team
