Nurse Aide

Responsibilities of a Nurse Aide:

1. Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
2. Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare team.
3. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when carrying out patient care activities.
4. Demonstrate a professional and compassionate attitude when interacting with patients and families.
5. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.
6. Follow all healthcare policies and procedures.
7. Maintain patient records and documentation.
8. Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
9. Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
10. Follow infection control and safety protocols.
