- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with Atrium Health's standards and policies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and response to treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and medication regimens.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution: Atrium Health Requires All New Graduate Rns To Have Completed A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Before Applying For A Position In Their Organization. This Degree Provides A Solid Foundation In Nursing Theory, Evidence-Based Practice, And Clinical Skills.
Active Rn License In The State Of Kentucky: To Practice As A Registered Nurse In The State Of Kentucky, Candidates Must Possess An Active Rn License. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met The State's Requirements For Education And Competency In Nursing Practice.
Bls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification Is A Requirement For All Rns At Atrium Health. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Is Trained In Life-Saving Techniques Such As Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Cpr) And Is Prepared To Respond To Emergency Situations.
Clinical Rotations In Medical-Surgical Nursing: Atrium Health's New Graduate Rn Program Requires Candidates To Have Completed Clinical Rotations In Medical-Surgical Nursing During Their Nursing Education.
