1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with Atrium Health's standards and policies.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and response to treatments.
5. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and medication regimens.
6. Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

11. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
