- Lead and manage complex projects within Atrium Health, ensuring their successful completion and implementation.
- Utilize strong project management skills to develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project goals, priorities, and deliverables.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with project team members and stakeholders to drive decision-making and action items.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with projects, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
- Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to project management and healthcare.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote project success and employee engagement.
- Manage project budget and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent Atrium Health in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Certification As A Project Management Professional (Pmp) Or Certified Associate In Project Management (Capm).
Previous Experience Managing Large-Scale Projects With Cross-Functional Teams.
