- Perform molecular testing procedures accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and procedures.
- Utilize a variety of laboratory techniques, including PCR, DNA sequencing, and DNA extraction, to analyze patient samples and produce reliable results.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and precise testing.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures and participate in proficiency testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.
- Keep detailed records of testing procedures, results, and any deviations from expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate reporting of results.
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in molecular technology and incorporate new techniques and procedures into the laboratory as appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on testing progress, any issues encountered, and suggestions for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, With A Focus On Molecular Techniques And Technologies.
Knowledge Of Molecular Biology Techniques Such As Pcr, Dna Sequencing, And Microarray Analysis.
Familiarity With Laboratory Safety Practices And Regulations, Including Clia And Cap Guidelines.
Excellent Attention To Detail, Organizational Skills, And Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting.
