  1. Provide timely and efficient emergency medical care to patients in a mobile setting.
  2. Perform initial assessments and provide appropriate treatment to patients according to established protocols.
  3. Administer necessary medications and perform advanced medical procedures as needed.
  4. Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history accurately.
  5. Maintain proper inventory of medical supplies and equipment on the mobile unit.
  6. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the mobile unit at all times.
  7. Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and relay important patient information.
  8. Collaborate with other emergency response agencies and healthcare facilities to ensure seamless care for patients.
  9. Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain EMT certification and stay up-to-date on best practices in mobile medicine.
  11. Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and empathy towards patients and their families.
  12. Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and providing support to fellow team members.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  14. Respond to emergency situations with a sense of urgency and remain calm under pressure.
  15. Represent Atrium Health in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Emt Certification: Candidates For A Mobile Medicine Emt Job At Atrium Health Must Possess A Valid Emt Certification From An Accredited Institution. This Certification Should Be Up-To-Date And Meet All State And Local Requirements.

  • Experience In Emergency Medical Services: Atrium Health Is Looking For Candidates Who Have Prior Experience In Emergency Medical Services. This Can Include Experience In A Hospital Setting, Ambulance Service, Or Other Related Fields.
