In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating medical education programs to ensure that our healthcare professionals are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to provide quality care to our patients. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a background in healthcare and experience in education coordination.   1. Coordinate and facilitate medical education programs for healthcare professionals within Atrium Health.
  2. Develop and implement educational materials and resources to support medical education programs.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Manage logistics for medical education programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and catering.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all medical education programs.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of medical education programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare to ensure the curriculum is relevant and current.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external educational partners to enhance and expand medical education opportunities.
  9. Communicate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to promote and market medical education programs.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and teams within Atrium Health to integrate medical education into overall organizational goals.
  11. Monitor and track budget for medical education programs and make cost-effective decisions.
  12. Provide support and guidance to healthcare professionals participating in medical education programs.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to medical education.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate medical education programs to meet the changing needs of the healthcare industry.
  15. Represent Atrium Health at conferences and events related to medical education.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Education, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Medical Education Coordination Or Program Management.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Accreditation Standards, And Continuing Education Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Medical Professionals, Faculty, And Students.

  • Ability To Develop And Implement Educational Programs And Curriculum, As Well As Manage Budgets And Track Program Outcomes.
