  1. Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of clinical research data.
  2. Lead a team of data analysts and provide guidance and direction to ensure efficient and accurate data collection and analysis.
  3. Develop and implement data collection protocols and standard operating procedures.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines for data management.
  5. Collaborate with clinical research teams to identify and address data collection and analysis needs.
  6. Develop and maintain data tracking systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  7. Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
  8. Conduct regular audits of data to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  9. Analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to improve patient outcomes.
  10. Communicate data findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership.
  11. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data management and apply them to improve processes and outcomes.
  12. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of data management expertise within the team.
  13. Collaborate with IT department to ensure secure and efficient data storage and transfer.
  14. Participate in the development and management of clinical research budgets.
  15. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies and procedures.
  16. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  17. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members.
  18. Coordinate and lead team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
  19. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors related to data management.
  20. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to clinical research data management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Research Data Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Data Management, Including Hipaa, Fda, And Gcp.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team Of Data Specialists.

  • Proficiency In Database Management And Data Analysis Software, Such As Redcap, Medidata Rave, And Sas.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Clinical Research, Healthcare Administration, Or Data Science.
