- Develop and implement strategies to enhance personal and professional development for employees at all levels within Atrium Health.
- Lead and manage the Center for Personal and Professional Development, including overseeing all programs, initiatives, and resources.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address the development needs of employees.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent development to continuously improve and innovate the Center's offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to provide a wide range of development opportunities for employees.
- Ensure the Center's programs align with Atrium Health's mission, values, and overall organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the Center's initiatives and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
- Manage a team of development professionals and provide coaching and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with leaders and managers throughout the organization to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive culture within the Center and across the organization.
- Communicate regularly with employees to promote the Center's offerings and gather feedback to continuously improve.
- Develop and manage the Center's budget and resources effectively.
- Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to talent development and employee engagement.
- Continuously assess and evaluate the success of the Center for Personal and Professional Development and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Education.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Educational Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Demonstrated Knowledge And Experience In Personal And Professional Development Programs, Including Curriculum Development And Delivery.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Budgets, Resources, And Achieving Program Goals And Objectives.
