Welcome to Atrium Health! We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Center for Personal and Professional Development. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing strategies to enhance our employees' personal and professional development.   1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance personal and professional development for employees at all levels within Atrium Health.
  2. Lead and manage the Center for Personal and Professional Development, including overseeing all programs, initiatives, and resources.
  3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address the development needs of employees.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent development to continuously improve and innovate the Center's offerings.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to provide a wide range of development opportunities for employees.
  6. Ensure the Center's programs align with Atrium Health's mission, values, and overall organizational goals.
  7. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the Center's initiatives and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
  8. Manage a team of development professionals and provide coaching and support to help them excel in their roles.
  9. Collaborate with leaders and managers throughout the organization to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
  10. Serve as a resource and advocate for employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
  11. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive culture within the Center and across the organization.
  12. Communicate regularly with employees to promote the Center's offerings and gather feedback to continuously improve.
  13. Develop and manage the Center's budget and resources effectively.
  14. Stay informed about and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to talent development and employee engagement.
  15. Continuously assess and evaluate the success of the Center for Personal and Professional Development and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Education.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Educational Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Experience In Personal And Professional Development Programs, Including Curriculum Development And Delivery.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Budgets, Resources, And Achieving Program Goals And Objectives.
