Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: The Management Nursing Associate At Atrium Health Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Active Nursing License: A Valid And Active Nursing License Is A Must For This Position. The Candidate Should Be Registered With The State Board Of Nursing And Should Maintain Their License Throughout Their Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Nursing Experience: Atrium Health Requires Its Management Nursing Associates To Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Nursing Experience, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Management Nursing Associate, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Nurses And Collaborating With Other Departments. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies: Atrium Health Expects Its Management Nursing Associates To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies At The Local, State, And Federal Levels. This Includes Knowledge Of Patient Care Standards, Accreditation Requirements, And Quality Improvement Processes.
