Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: The Management Nursing Associate At Atrium Health Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Active Nursing License: A Valid And Active Nursing License Is A Must For This Position. The Candidate Should Be Registered With The State Board Of Nursing And Should Maintain Their License Throughout Their Employment.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Nursing Experience: Atrium Health Requires Its Management Nursing Associates To Have A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Nursing Experience, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Management Nursing Associate, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Nurses And Collaborating With Other Departments. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
