  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and repairing equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with equipment and facilities, and develop effective solutions to address them.
  3. Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities, following established schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and prevent costly repairs.
  4. Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients and staff.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections, and report any major issues or concerns to management.
  6. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete projects and tasks, and provide guidance and training to junior mechanics.
  7. Monitor inventory levels of equipment parts and supplies, and notify management of any shortages or needs.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when performing maintenance tasks, and identify and address potential safety hazards.
  9. Stay current on industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair, and make recommendations for improvements to facilities and equipment.
  10. Represent the organization in a professional manner, demonstrating a commitment to outstanding customer service and quality work.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and properly use and maintain tools and equipment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Mechanic Role, With A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Hvac Systems.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education, With Additional Technical Training Or Certifications Preferred.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals, Blueprints, And Schematics.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Maintenance Issues.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively As Part Of A Team And Communicate With Various Stakeholders.
