  3. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history.
  4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and disease management.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  7. Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards in the delivery of patient care.
  8. Keep up-to-date with current nursing practices, standards, and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
  10. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  11. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Demonstrate strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  14. Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  16. Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

  • Current Lpn License In The State Of North Carolina

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In An Ambulatory Or Outpatient Setting

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Team Members
