Lead Material Associate

Responsibilities of Lead Material Associate:

1. Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of material/supply distribution and inventory management.
2. Ensure quality patient care through efficient material/supply distribution and inventory management.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in inventory management, distribution, and supply chain management.
4. Use strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues.
5. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
6. Supervise and mentor other material associates.
7. Monitor, track, and report on inventory levels and usage.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and supplies.
9. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
10. Utilize inventory software and systems to track material usage and distribution.
