Responsibilities of the Lead Maintenance Mechanic:

1. Perform routine maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
2. Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance.
3. Provide excellent customer service to Atrium Health staff and visitors.
4. Work with team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
7. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
8. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
9. Monitor inventory of parts and materials and order as needed.
10. Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
